At **Boxelder Chimney and Dryer Vent Cleaning Co**, we don’t just sweep chimneys—we restore them to a level of precision that makes University Place homeowners proud. Our team of certified chimney sweeps treats every job like a craftsmanship project, not a checklist. From the moment we arrive, you’ll notice the difference: our white-glove service means no soot left behind, no lingering odors, and a chimney that performs like new. We use only the latest tools and techniques, including high-efficiency vacuums and brushless systems, to ensure your fireplace and dryer vents are safer, cleaner, and more efficient—all while keeping your home spotless. That’s the Boxelder standard: meticulous work, zero shortcuts, and a guarantee that backs our craftsmanship.
University Place’s climate—with its damp winters and occasional rain—means chimneys here face unique challenges. Moisture, creosote buildup, and even minor cracks can turn a cozy fireplace into a hidden hazard if ignored. That’s why we go beyond the basics. Our inspections aren’t just surface-level; we check for corrosion, proper draft flow, and even the integrity of your flue lining. We’ve seen firsthand how a neglected chimney can lead to costly repairs or even dangerous situations, which is why we educate every client on what we find. Our goal? To give you peace of mind knowing your chimney is as safe as it is efficient, season after season.
What sets Boxelder apart isn’t just our expertise—it’s our commitment to making your chimney sweep experience seamless. We arrive on time, work with military-grade precision, and leave your property cleaner than we found it. Our team is locally owned and operated, so when you call (206) 710-0687, you’re talking to someone who understands University Place’s homes, its weather, and its unique needs. We don’t believe in upselling or hidden fees; our pricing is transparent, and our guarantees are ironclad. Whether you’re preparing for winter or just noticed strange smells from your dryer vent, trust Boxelder to deliver the white-glove service University Place deserves—and a chimney that’s ready for whatever comes next.
Big-box chimney services cut corners—skipping inspections, leaving messes, and offering no guarantees. We’re local to University Place, which means we understand the unique challenges of your home’s construction, from the damp winters near the Duwamish to the older brick chimneys in South Hill neighborhoods. Our team arrives with commercial-grade vacuums to contain every speck of soot, wears booties to protect your floors, and provides a detailed report you can trust. No other service in the area combines this level of craftsmanship with a satisfaction guarantee.
University Place’s climate—wet winters followed by dry summers—creates the perfect storm for chimney damage. We’ve seen it all: creosote buildup from frequent wood burning, rusted flue liners from moisture, and cracked masonry from freeze-thaw cycles. Our solution? A proactive approach. We don’t just clean; we inspect for hidden issues like improper drafts or water leaks, then recommend repairs before they become emergencies. For example, if your chimney’s crown is deteriorating (a common problem near the Green River), we’ll seal it with a waterproof coating to prevent costly water damage.
Most University Place homeowners think ‘dryer vent cleaning’ means sucking out lint—but that’s just scratching the surface. Our process targets the root causes of clogs: compressed lint in hidden bends, dust buildup in ductwork, and even mold growth from trapped moisture. We use a motorized brush system to agitate and remove debris from every inch, then test airflow with a manometer to ensure your dryer operates safely. Unlike generic cleanings, we leave your vent spotless and your home protected—with a warranty to back it up.
Other chimney sweeps offer ‘satisfaction guarantees’ that mean nothing. Ours is enforceable: if creosote returns within 30 days, we’ll re-clean for free. If your dryer vent clogs again within 60 days, we’ll clean it again at no cost. We stand by our work because we take pride in it—and because we’ve built our reputation on serving University Place families for years. No fine print. No excuses. Just reliable service you can count on, rain or shine.
